Camping Weekend 2026

Ready to sign up?

To sign up to the camping weekend, there are two steps. First is to get your tickets, by clicking the button below.

After that, use the payment page to pay, by clicking the second button (or the link you’ll get by email!). If you’re confused about how much to pay or will struggle with the cost, just tick the box on the ticket form and someone will be in touch to help out.

We’re so excited to be heading back to Rushall Manor Farm for our annual church weekend away! Over the August Bank Holiday weekend, we gather in a field not too far from here, to get to know each other better, enjoy beautiful surroundings, run a little wild (no running is obligatory…!) and dip into this year’s theme: ‘Wonderfully Made’.

  • What do we do?

You can join in as much or as little of the planned activities as you want – campfire, quiz, bug hunting, wide games and more. Or just hang out with a cup of tea getting to know someone new. Some of the most fun moments are the spontaneous ones, and there will be people to help you get connected with others if you’re at a loose end.

Plus: there’s a big covered space for playing games and hanging out if it rains!

  • Is there lots of God-stuff?

We’ll be exploring the theme ‘Wonderfully Made’ through a short devotional (prayer, reflection etc) time each morning, and a big all age service on Sunday. We might break out the odd worship song around the campfire too! There’s no pressure to join in with any of these, and if you bring family members or a friend who doesn’t normally come on a Sunday, we hope they’ll have a great time whether or not they want to join in the ‘God-stuff!’

  • What do we eat?

Everyone is responsible for feeding themselves; we have a fridge in the shared kitchen where you can store some fresh food but we each cook on camping stoves at our tents. You might like to plan to sharing the cooking with others, orinvite your tent-neighbours to join you for a meal.

Details for a teddy bears picnic, baked potato cook out, and bring-and-share Sunday lunch, will all be sent out before the weekend!

  • I’m new to camping, what do I need?

You’ll need basic equipment like a tent and sleeping bag, a camping stove to cook on with utensils and food, and a camping chair to sit on. How much extra luxury you like is up to you! If you’re nervous about camping or would like to team up with someone more experienced, get in touch.

  • How much does it cost?

The standard cost is £10 per camper per night – so £30 a person for the whole weekend.

There is a maximum total of £36 per night for a household, which is £108 for the weekend.

If you’d like to come just for the day times and not camp, day tickets are £6 for one day or £12 for more than one day.

And children under school aged are free, any time!
